i-System AI Automation – terms and conditions

  1. i-System explained in detail, on its website and before this subscription, every feature, limit and price of the chosen plan and add-ons. The customer chose them freely.
  2. i-System is not responsible for any error, loss or damage caused by the customer’s side, including wrong or incomplete business information given to the assistant, misuse of the service, or changes the customer makes to their own accounts, numbers or website.
  3. The subscription is monthly. The month starts when i-System sends the customer their AI dashboard and runs for 30 days (the trial: 3 days). When it ends, the customer has 5 days to renew while their data stays on the server; after that the data is kept only in i-System's backup and is restored when the customer renews. The account always stays open and shows the payment page.
  4. Refund policy: a refund is possible only if the customer has used at most 10% of the plan’s allowance; 20% of the total service price is then deducted. Above 10% usage, the payment is not refunded.
  5. The one-time setup fee pays for the setup work and is covered by the same refund policy.
  6. By pressing “I agree” the customer accepts these terms. The date, time and network of the acceptance are recorded.
